I am Shalyn, a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Mind Body Green Health and Wellness Coach living in Florida with my husband Jared, our daughter Saylor, two dogs, and two cats. Life is full and loud and I would not have it any other way.
I am a coffee lover, an outdoor adventurer, a foodie, and someone who believes every ordinary moment deserves to be remembered. Motherhood has only deepened that in me.
When Saylor arrived I found myself navigating breastfeeding, her food sensitivities, and the kind of exhaustion that sleep does not fix. My body shifted in ways I did not expect and I had to go back to my own foundations to find myself again in this new season. That experience is what Back to Bloom was built from.
I believe nutrition is more than a diet, more than a restriction, more than a war with the body. It is about nourishing your body because you love the strength it gives you and taking care of the vessel that grew your children, that God created.
